Our modern conveyor furnace enables deep-drawn parts with a width of up to 700 mm and a depth of up to approx. 350 mm to be recrystallised.

This takes place in an inert gas atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen at the recrystallisation temperature of 1,040°C. The continuous process parameter monitoring ensures optimum annealing results.

Following recrystallisation annealing, the material structure permits additional drawing processes.
